Hi, I'm running simple video sharing site with uploading and downloading function. the site allow to users upload their video files and direct download it. I wish to upgrade it to Tube looking site, so I need solution how to automatically convert uploaded files to flv video and the suitable flash player to show it to the surfers. good $$$ thank you, MSG
