    Hi, I'm looking to buy sites making anywhere from $30 to $1500 a month.

    A few of the requirements would be:

    Proof of revenue is a must (at least 6 months).

    Site has to be on-line for at least a year.

    Site has to have a PR2 or more.

    If you have what I need, please send me a PM along with a URL to the site.

    I have cash, and if I see what I like, I will pay fast and fair!!

    I have a blog that earned $415.34 in last year (Between December 24 2008 and December 24 2009)

    Domain name itself is top notch, it's aged (registered since 2005) and doesn't expire until May 2010. Regged with GoDaddy. The only requirement it doesn't meet is PR2. I've just had aggregated content on it. It's one of those sites that I put 5 minutes of work into and it's been making money while I sit back and do absolutely nothing about it. I mean 0 work and it makes money never the less. If you were to invest some time and effort into it (aka original content), it could make far more.
