Need a good php developer to code a page similar to: smileychatcodes.com/facebook-smiley-chat-codes (FYI, A similar app: apps.facebook.com/big-emo-creator ) What it does: when we upload a image, it cuts the image in equal parts, upload each parts to a fb page and gives you the code, which when pasted on fb chat produce a smiley of the image.
