I need a specific type of theme created for wordpress. It needs a person with php skills since it is more then just a theme and has to offer some key options. The most important is to added api keys that get inserted in to the main index file without the user having any to modify the file. It also needs other coding that needs to function with other another 3rd party site which is crucial as part of the build.
