WTB with $500-$5000

I just got a professional estimate of my tax refund this year...and it's quite a bit more than I was expecting...and with a 98% accuracy rating on the estimate...i figured I might start looking early

So for the next 2 months or so (unless you feel generous giving me the site now and letting me pay when I get my refund lol) I'll be looking for a site, or sites to buy.

Rules:
-At least PR2 site, or making at least $50 a month (profit) from something other than advertising

-I'm looking to buy sometime mid February 2008, so unless you want to trust me...i'm looking for the sites to review right now...if you are looking for a quick sale...i'm not the guy for you at the moment

-Not interested in adult, racial, etc sites

any questions feel free to ask...

looking for blogs, forums, uploads, proxies, etc...stuff that requires a little work...i'm not really interested in MFA type sites...but you can mention them anyway...i'll check anything out as long as it meets the above 3 rules

I willing to look at anything right now. As I stated above, i'm not going to be buying until mid February (after tax refund)...so if you are looking for a quick sale then I'm not the guy.

The site is averaging 3000+ unique a month, there are 630 members, space/bandwidth not much

what about one of these sites ? i can sell one site for $750, You invest 250 in building backlinks (directories, articles, social networking...) and i am 100% sure that in 6 months You will get +$100 /day from the site .
