    I am looking to buy a windows xen vps my max budget is 25$ a month. NO OVERSOLD OR VIRTUZZO

    Considering windows VPS licenses cost over $20/mo, you aren't going to find much in that budget. If you raise your budget, contact us via pm or msn.

    vpsland has cheap virtu server + windows licences are fairly cheap for 2003.

    Thats on Virtuozzo, which only requires one license per NODE, so of course it will be MUCH cheaper. If we could put 20 VPS's on one node with 1 license, that would only cost us $1/mo per vps, instead of $20.

    That is incorect. Virtuozzo uses a single kernel, "container" approach, were each vps shares the windows license with the host node. Under XEN, each VPS is more or less completely independant of the host node, and runs it's own kernel. That is why on VPSland's site, the xen series windows VPS starts at over $70, not $15.
