    7 euros more and i can get a dedi with a 5tb bw limit, 100mbit line, and Dual Core Xeon, 2gb ram, 500gb hard drive with windows

    check out eSited.com They can work out a plan for you. I am very happy with their windows service. They can put withe win 2k3 or 2008 standard and they have good speed.

    You aren't going to find a Windows VPS that cheap with those specs. It just doesn't exist. For $50/mo I can offer you a vmware server VPS with 1gb ram, and even that price is cheap.

    Thats Virtuozzo, which you stated you didn't want. If you are open to Virtuozzo, then you might find VPS's in your price range.
