I would like to buy your well kept, updated blogs. Traffic, PR, high alexa do not matter.

I'm looking for blogs that have been updated often and hopefully a few months old.

Most importantly, the theme should look cool and trendy and also completely widgetized (with rss,del.cio.us,digg it all other stuff) and good plugins.
