    Hi all,

    I'm in the market to buy a website about modern living, modern furniture, modern architecture or similar... you get the idea.

    I'm interested in UNIQUE content, no free article based sites or similar please. I'm not overly concerned with earnings, traffic would be nice but in general I'm looking for quality unique sites.

    Blogs are ok, as long as they are true to the genre.

    I'm reviving this offer.

    Looking for:

    - established websites/blogs 6+ months old
    - minimum of 100 pages/articles/posts indexed in google
    - own domain name
    - PR1 or higher
    - UNIQUE, REAL CONTENT

    Earnings, traffic and Google PR are not required but I do value them so I will certainly take them into account if we are to make a deal.

    I have a budget of under $3,000 so you have an idea of what I'm looking for.

    PS: I will also accept offers for sites earning less than $20/month, but will also pay accordingly.
