WTB Websites - 100k budget

I am looking to buy established websites with at least 500 visitors a day. Must be free traffic from the search engines. No forums, proxy sites or myspace. Must be at least a year old, and either be making money or have good traffic. Please PM info.

I will pay a premium for DMOZ links, and for medical, fitness, health sites. Please help me spend my money!!!!!!

 

Provided something ticks all your boxes what's the max multiple you're open to paying?

Thanks for the PM though I don't see why anyone would sell a quality site for 10x when there are people like me (and many others) buying for 20x and more. But, as you say, maybe we're - what's the word you used? - "suckers"

hmmm well how bout this..........I have a site with a alexa ranking of under 45,000, it gets over 130,000unique visitors a month, and is a page rank 4, and, has a member base of over 30,000!! this site is 4 years old and certainly NOT a cheap site, all custom built script, php based and this site gets sales daily some times several a day.I might not even sell it , I can tell you I will not even consider anything less than 25,000 for this as its among the top ten sites in its field, it is internet related and not porn, gambling or illegal, my site has a EXCELLENT reputation in many forums as well as many viral listings on google,yahoo, msn, all the web,and about 66 other big search engines...

I've always paid more than 12x. But you may notice from my WTB posts that I'm fussier about quality and won't take any old rubbish. And if your sites met the criteria in those threads you would have made a 100% profit by selling them to me for 24x but I don't believe you PMed me

There's a good reason why some people are posting their sites here and why others have PMed me

 

Foggy when I'm ready to sell for three to four times what I paid for these sites, I will PM you. For now though, would you please go bother someone else.

LOL, as you may notice from the quotes, I was talking to cool1g. Did that "bother" you?

When I did speak to you early in the thread my question was about multiple. You didn't want to post it here but you sent me a PM quoting a low figure. But, fair enough, we're in different markets. The type of sites you attract for 10x would be a lot different to the ones I pay 20x and 30x for.
