    Hm... i have a golden hen here. A 8 years old PR6 domain. When i post an article there in a week people start coming and article begins ranking for some kw's itself. I established a new wordpress theme last month and making about 3-5$ a day and want to add loads of content to get more. I can sell it thoug but not for a 1000. If you have 4-5k budget you can PM me.
