    Hello everyone,

    I'm looking to buy a website that is more than a year old and has traffic and revenue stats.

    My budget is $600-800 (via paypal only). I would also prefer the site to be easy to run, although I will make exceptions if I like the site, I would also prefer the website if it gets organic traffic from search enignes.

    Please tell me all the information about the website that I will need if I am to buy the website, including popular keywords the website ranks well for in the search engines.
