WTB Website with 15k coop weight

    These are the requirements the site should meet or come close to meeting:

    - Age of domain: 1+ years.
    - Well indexed in google, in the thousands range.
    - Pages should be PR4+
    - Coop weight should be around 15k
    - Coop weight should be consistent over last 3 months

    In addition to the above it would be nice to have the following:
    - Low monthly cost.
    - Low maintainance hours almost none.
    - Some revenue from Adsense at least break-even in 12 months, thats net.

    I hope to purchase something by Monday, if I find the right website and offer.
