WTB: Website Similar to Fark

I'm interested in buying a site similar to Fark.com with user submitted content. I would like the layout to be similar, with links and ad space on the left and right frames of the page. The site would need to have a members area, and a script that would allow users to "submit a link". Once the link was submitted I would like to be able to approve or reject the link.

Even if the site has no users thats okay too.

I would be interested in even a simpler knockoff of this type of site if possible too. If this seems like a project that you could do, please let me know. Don't have a huge budget for this, so keep that in mind.
