[WTB] Website making $90+/month

Hey everyone,

I am looking to buy a website that is at least 6 months old and has steady traffic and income (with proof). I am open to any website except things like proxys, directories, E-books, get rich schemes, etc.

My budget is $1000-$1500ish.

Requirements:

~ Must be established and have profits of at least $90/m for at least 3 months running - proof required.
~ No junk sites as stated above (proxies, directories, etc)
~ Adsense or YPN is fine.
~ Steady traffic - proof required.
