    Hi,

    I'm looking to buy a website that's making around 1k per month. I can pay up to 12 months of income or more depending on your site and what we can agreed on.

    I prefer if income are coming from adsense, CPM (Valueclick, Tribal Fusion etc.), affiliate networks.

    I want a website that is easily updated and/or easy to maintain.

    I DON'T want video, tech, PPC traffic, gambling, illegal websites.

    THE SITE MUST BE ESTABLISHED AND EARNING 1K PER MONTH FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS.

    I have a product review (automotive) site on blogspot.com domain that is makeing around $900 amonth (verifiable) through CJ (from one company) No advertising cost no cost at all really. has over 200 sites referring traffic to it.(NO ADS) (verifiable). I wish I didn't have to sell it, but need the money.

    very simiple and easy. only about 1500 visitors a month but thats all thats need for this income level. If you can increase the traffic the income will increase. Please PM me if interested and I'll send you the URL.
