[WTB] Website making $1000 per month

I'm looking to buy website that's making around 1k per month. I can pay up to 12 months of income or more depending on your site and what we can agreed on.

I prefer if income are coming from adsense, CPM (Valueclick, Tribal Fusion etc.), affiliate networks.

I want a website that is easily updated and/or easy to maintain.

I DON'T want video, tech, PPC traffic, gambling, illegal websites

I have a website www.caraudiofiberglass.com that makes on average around $1000 a month.

It is established and has been running for a little over a year (March 08 started).

ALL traffic is free. I do not advertise at all. It literally runs itself. I literally do not do anything with it. Pretty much all the traffic comes from YouTube videos and SE traffic. I do pretty much zero customer service.

I would be interested to sell it to help fund the purchase of a different site, possibly interested in a trade if available.

ALL content was created and is fully owned by myself and I do not have to pay anyone for selling anything, everything is kept in house.

This site also makes money on eBay. I sell the DVD version (included with the sell) for $45 shipped and give them access to the site if they want it.

I moved the site to a new server around January, but I have Google analytics from the start to now.

This is a REAL WEBSITE. No cookie cutter junk selling clicks and links. This website has a forum (simple machine forum) EVERYTHING was made and designed and is OWNED by myself. I have a clear track record of profit and traffic.

This could make more if someone would do affiliate marketing. Maybe change the forum over to some adsense as well. I currently do 0 advertising and never have so I do not know what kind of adsense money it could pull from the forum.

The buyer will also get the list of past clients 679 as of right now.

I am the only decent you tube advertiser for this. The only competition you have is one other guy and he is terrible at marketing but he has good seo. He is not a problem though.

I also switched to amember membership software (you will need to get your own license from them) in February so i have the last 4 months record from that posted.
