    I want to buy an established, nice-looking site. No acrade/gaming, myspace, proxy, entertainment/celebrity, reprinted articles please. Not a spammy site, with unique content and/or some useful features. Many pages is not required, 10-15 is enough, if they are good. PR > 0, Indexed pages > 1.

    Some traffic would be nice, no income needed.

    Preferrably it would be a technical/hardware/software - oriented website.

    Important: the site should not be previously submitted in Google AdSense application or banned from Adsense.
