Buying WTB - Webmaster based sites (Forums, Communities, Marketplaces)

    Right this is what I need:

    Webmaster based
    Established (12 months+)
    Traffic (1k + UV at a bare minimum)
    I'm only interested in Forums, Communities and MarketPlaces

    I'd prefer high traffic rather than income, income is irrelevant to me.

    Check the site in my signature, its an affiliate and webmaster chat room.

    Its a new website and needs some content and has little traffic so far but im sure that in the right hands it could turn out to be a great success!

    Looking for webmaster based rather than affiliate. Also, like I said, traffic is important.
