Hello ! A friend of mine (so not I personally) is looking for webhosting which allows file storage / download libraries. He wants to host a site similair to rapidshare/megaupload but then smaller ofcourse. He asked me to ask on the DP forums for hosting offers. He wants to pay per month via Paypal. Thanks in advance
