• software sales
• script sales
• tutorial site

that have:

• Minimum 100 vists per day

or

• Minimum 500 unique visitors per month

or

• Minimum Ad Revenue of $100 / month

or

• Minimum NET profit of $500 / month

Serious sellers that meet at least one of the above conditions only. I'm not looking for sites that were put up 5 days ago or a 4 year old domain that gets 2 visits a day.
