WTB: Web hosting sites with clients - pref cPanel ~$12,000

I'm looking to purchase any established web hosting sites. If you're looking to sell a hosting site and it matches the following, please PM me:

- Monthly paying clients.
- Linux based.
- Good reputation.
- Realistic hosting packages. (i.e. no unlimited accounts).
- Pref cPanel/WHM, although not a deal breaker.
- No 'part-buy' options, I'm looking to purchase an entire business.

I'm looking to pay around 10 x monthly revenue on the right site however it's open for discussions.
