WTB web designer to make a travel site.

    Hello everyone.

    I am seeking 1 talented web designer with allot of experience to make me a travel type site. I have reference sites, as far as the look and feel goes. It must be polished, simple, professional, and not lost or bogged down with bad color pallettes, and the too cluttered feeling.

    I would like this artist, to have good communication skills throughout the development of the site, he be made available to give progress reports, and updates, as well as to ask questions on my needs. This site will be mostly static HTML, with a need for fast load times, and non flash based content, (unless you suggest otherwise, but we'll see) So html is the perferred format, of course the site will have allot of php going on, so php experience is also perferred to put place holder stuff in, to make way for the final code that will be developed afterwards.

    Many other sites follow the same template, so if you need more reference material feel free to google around. The sites, i want to be not a direct clone of these sites, but a artisticly inspired by type of feeling. If you are using images, make sure they are open source, and free of copyright, or stock pictures from an online database, or personal ones from our own library.

    I am offering at least a few hundred for this project, but, am willing to negociate on speed of project being completed, as well as solid prior experience.

    I am still looking for a quality designer for this project, the two i was dealing with flaked out.

    I need 3 pages

    1 main page
    1 main logo
    1 template 2nd page light on the text
    1 template 3rd page, designer to be text heavy

    this site will be in html and have php elements to it,

    Ill pay 200.00 or so for this.
