WTB: Warm SEO Sales Leads

    I am looking to buy SEO Leads. I'll elaborate.

    I do some SEO, and I got a call from someone today who wanted to sell me leads for $30 each that his company generates by doing email campaigns to business owners. These email campaigns originate in India, so I figure he's buying the leads for 5 cents each. The email says "would you like to learn more about getting on google's frontpage"? Or something like that.

    If anyone here is an internet marketer that generates warm leads from people, please let me know.
