So how can you guarantee that users will have no problem with US laws infringements about warez linking? I mean real guarantee, not just "no problem with us, don't worry, blablabla" please. Everybody could allow this kind of content on a US server... until RIAA complaint is received because if the admin doesn't remove the illegal linking, they could stop the server directly through the DC. Or even worse: just look at the adventures of InfiniteTech with police coming directly to his house. Is it a joke or what? If not and if I missed something in your description, please tell where is the URL or IP that can prove it. AcidXeon.net is not located in Europe. Is it a trick or my mistake? things are not so clear tome now... 2. AcidXeon.net is on EliteHostNS.com that is on LiquidWeb.com... So why couldn't I get the same services through LiquidWeb? and even better as they got their hands on the servers, so it should be a better customer support for this reason. 3. LiquidWeb doesn't allow warez linking, so what will you do when they will write you a mail to remove a website? Will you play the role of the super hero saving your customer... or will you just save your business and your ass? lol. Please don't take my post as offending, I just give you some reasons why I couldn't spend my money to your services (for now, unless you can prove you're enough trustworthy). Your US datacenter can make you and your services disappear just as if you would have never been there.
