    offshorehostingsolutions are pretty good, customer support is nice and they have phone support
    wrzhost is pretty good too except connection is a bit slow and hacking content is forbidden due to hong kong laws
    ^I've used both of these guys before which is why I am recommending them, im sure there are tons of other companies out there that offer the same if not better plans
