    I dont think somebody will give you a warez hosting on a shared server. You should think of a VPS or even a Dedicated Server.

    adding onto buileminh's suggestions, go for offshore to stay out of trouble with local law - offshore meaning not in the US, canada, UK, or any other big countries with tough laws
