{WTB}VPS within 2-3 days, with cpanel, WHM(or easy to use free alternative) & more

    I am need of a VPS and need following requirements with it

    * Cpanel, WHM or other easy to understand & use Free Alternative.
    *2 Dedicated IP with option to order more later on(nothing like saying we can provide later but we are out of stock, if I need like 1 IP then you should be able to provide)
    *I am not sure how VPS work but it should allow RapidSSL
    *atleast 128MB Ram dedi
    *Also state how much domains or subdomains, Can be provided.
    *Hosting provider must be in hosting bussiness for atleast 1 Year & preferred if have owned Servers.I am looking for reliable host who is here to stay.
    *Offer me how much Space & Bandwidth can you provide, I need to host like 3-4 blog & other light weight sites.

    Can pay by either Paypal or MoneyBookers as I have funds.

    If you are hosting light websites there is no need for a VPS. And plus on 128 MB ram you cannot have cPanel. Search for shared hosting.
