I'm looking at atleast 256MB of ram of the server, & cPanel acess would work;. I can settle for 200GB less at about 800GB a month; My price is what I post, If you have an extra server laying around or are low on sales, here's where I will fill in at. $30 Is not that bad per month for a basic VPS.

Hmm thanks for the offers guys, I know some of you are the owners of the server and web hosting companies; Anyone want to work a deal out for 512MB, 15GB Storage, cPanel, 800GB transfer a month for $30 @ Year Contract, PM to dicuss.? Only the license is $15. 800 GB = 3 Mbit = at least $30. That's $45 without the server itself. Who's selling that will bail on you as soon as you can say "i've been robbed" 2 times. A fair priced vps with those specs? $45 at least. But do check http://server.file-services.com But as an advice: don't get cpanel if you can do your job with something else as it would cut the costs quite a lot.
If you're willing to put my ads on your site AND pay $30 a month I 'may' be able to help you, but without ads and at your budget, your requirements are too high. Either raise your budget, lower your requirements, or stick with what you have already.
