guys i made a topic yesterday about wanting shared reseller well i have made my mind up my budget is £40 a month about $70-$90 i need a vps

i want at least 128 or 512 mb ram
must of been in buissness 1 year+
must have reviews (positive)
must be reliable
must have FULL ROOT ACCESS

Your budget is $70-90USD? Its a very good budget you can easily get your requirements.
