    Also i need a windows vps...with like 10gb space,10gb bamdwidth ...need cheap pne..

    a vpn with unique IP is possible..
    but don't think a dynamic ip is possible..

    Findnot's VPN has about 20 or 30 IPs that you can juggle through. Not exactly "dynamic" ... you just have a pool of 20 or 30 to pick from each time. (or get randomly assigned one of those 20-30 in case you connect to their main entrance address)

    Well www.canhost.us has cheap VPS plans. I think $49.95/month is cheaper for you...

    However please post your budget also

    I can Provide dynamic IP ( Change IP each connect to our VPN ) with 25 USD / month .

    But I can accept Liberty Reserve only.
