    As I don't have good knowledge about VPS I request you people to give me good one. But I can say these

    I need Control Panel.

    About the budget I saw some people here provide VPS for 5$ too. So if anyone can provide me those requirements for very cheap that would be good. (I'm not saying to provide it for 5$)
