you should look to getting your own dedicated server and stating a budget would help since you are hosting the videos and not just embedding them, it is really recommended that you get a server for yourself so you have full control of everything and also, there is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth lol

i have a reseller plan that i can offer you that has 120GB of space and 450GB of bandwidth for $20. and trust me wordpress works as i have a few blogs setup and they run perfectly fine with no problems and that everything is the latest from cpanel to mysql.
