    One can attract quality amount of traffic if the site has a good page rank...

    I suggest you to try out some SEO services like directory submissions and social book marking which will really give a boost to your site and thus good traffic...

    These services really help in developing back links for a site which are very helpful in improving the page rank hence traffic increases...
