[WTB] URL Shortening Script

Hi guys.
I want to hire someone to make a URL shortening script.
I need to be the only person to own it and it needs to be unique to me.

You have two choices:

a) You make a completely new script
b) You integrate a design into a free script.

Either way, I don't want to spend that much.

If you choose b, I'll provide the design.
