I am looking for 100% unique sites generating $10-$50 a month in revenue. I am willing to pay up to 20 times monthly revenue (or more), depending on the site.

I'm not interested in turnkey, proxies, lyrics, ringtone, myspace related, file hosting, file sharing, funny videos, arcades, games, celeb, recipes, hosting, blogs, or forums.

I am interested in a broad range of niches including web-based tools, business, travel, technology, sports, fitness, and others.
