[WTB] Unique, Human Targeted Tarffic Required

    Hi,
    I need targeted traffic for two of my websites.
    The first one needs targeted traffic from the USA alone.
    The second one needs targeted traffic from INDIA alone.
    Please PM me with your offers and quotations.
    I am riding on a very small budget, so i am not interested in huge packages.
    The one who sells the cheapest shall get it.

    I can do this for 3$ per 1000 visitors This price is only valid for a few days and then it goes back up to 5$
