[WTB] Unique Content Sites With Earnings [Non Adsense]

I'm looking for unique content sites that are not monetized by adsense. My budget is low XXXX and I can pay between 10 - 18 times monthly income multiplier for sites that interest me.

I may be after just one site or a few sites.

Organic traffic is a must..

Not interest in myspace, proxies, arcades etc.. in fact anything that eats bandwidth is a no no.
