Hi Dpeez, I am looking to buy a turnkey website. Altough I would like it to be a real estate website, I am interested in buying any turnkey site if you can convince me that this will be a profitable niche (maybe you're already making money from it). The website must be properly coded, seo friendly and translating it in other languages must be easy. I've checked some resellers' websites around like built2go but not sure if they are reliable and if their php coded templates are solid. Anybody used them before? Are the Seo friendly templates? Easy to translate? Anyone ever heard of somebody making money from a turnkey website? They do look good but never saw one ranking well in search engines... Maybe you're also selling an established website with a clear income stream, not just relying on adsense? them please PM me with proof of income and website url.
