WTB TumblrPlug clone

    Hello, I am looking to have a website similar to this one:

    Or

    More so this one:

    http://tumblrfollowers.com/

    To get into the one above simply just add this "jack.tumblr.com" and click login

    I am hoping to find someone who has a clone of either of these websites or if it can be custom made from scratch.

    I can't think of any clones off the top of my head but it looks like it can be done with almost any framework (PHP/MySQL or Ruby on Rails) or CMS (Like Wordpress or Joomla). It might take some custom coding but I think it can be done some way or form.
