[WTB] Traffic Exchange Coded Design

    I need someone to create a design for a traffic exchange site and then code it to HTML.Then I will hire someone else to integrate it on the script.

    Exemples of sites that I like and I would like you to inspire or are on similar concept:

    http://ad-ventures4u.com/ (i like the background and the bar of this one)
    http://adcashnetwork.net/ ( I like the background from header - but different color )

    Please PM me with your portfolio , price for design + coding to HTML + 6 banners (if you're not good with banners please specify this and I will hire someone else to do the banners)

    In my humble opinion, you should leave the design part to the designer. Just tell him the theme, the market where you want to operate and some competition sites. That should do the trick.\
