Buying WTB: Top 3 SERPs - Currently at #5 / #6

Ive seen alot of people on here offer a service of reaching page 1 of google (Top 10 results) but am wondering if anyone can provide a top 3 ranking service?

Im already ranking 5th & 6th for most my targetted keywords though am looking at improving this ideally into the top 3.

If you feel you can offer this please let me know what services you provide etc and maybe some past experiences showing what youve managed to rank etc.

Rather than being asked what my budget is, i'd prefer to see past experiences of keywords ranked etc, to be given quotes for services that can be provided, or quotes to reach a certain SERP based on competition etc.

I have an idea then. You can post your project on one of bidding site Like GAF, and escrow the whole payment.
