I am looking to buy the following types of material.

1. E-Book sites. You must have a lot of them (e-books). I prefer they have to do with online biz. Any sales MUST include RESELL RIGHTS.
2. Template, software, application sites. This includes beginner scripts, clones, etc. MUST include RESELL RIGHTS.
3. Webmaster sites and forums. MUST include REAL ACTIVE MEMBERS (complete IP screen shot required)
4. Web hosting companies. Company, not site, this means you have PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Post your info in this thread, complete with price, url, and BIN you are looking for. All details, screen shots.

I do not have time to answer 500 e-mails. If your site, and offer is legit. There should be nothing to hide.

Let me clarify something in regards to the e-book site(s).

I am looking for a site offering multiple e-books. I will consider single sites (essentially landing pages) IF they pertain to online business, making money online, or something in the realm.

Same for the scripts, or templates, build a web page, or whatever deal. I would prefer a site offering multiple, but will look at single sites. However, I am only interested in the e-book/template/script and RESELL RIGHTS.

 

I can afford anything.

It comes down to if your site(s) fit what I am looking for, and have proof (if webhost/members).

When sending me links and such. Please make sure your site works.

Here are some more general tips that make me laugh, but are not funny, when selling a website....

1. Make sure your bandwidth is not exceeded.
2. You do not have broken links.
3. Your url is correct.



You wouldn't think these are major sticking points. But 30-40% of the sites I have been sent fit one of these catagories. Not too good when you want to SELL me a website.

I guess when it comes to the website, I am actually looking to one that has sells multiple templates, scripts, e-books, or has the potenential for that. Not those simple sites designed for just selling a single e-book.
