hello, I wanna buy a Template Monster Template ID: 20434 or exactly similar template.Its a wordpress template. I want to add the following changes to it: 1>Small advert space boxes for 6 Sponsored ads on the right side of the template with automated purchase and sale of ads. 2>Paypal & Alertpay Donation Box on the right side too where anybody can type his donation amount in a text box and press either alertpay or paypal(from the two to make the payment). 3>I also want to change the model photo on the top right with a man's & one woman's photo. The theme of my blog is something related to web 2.0 and in my blog, the woman photo would be asking a question and the mans photo would be answering the question. Or just one man's photo would do, where the man says "You Ask! I'll Answer!". 4>I'll also need a web2.0 design logo with the name of the site "WebGuru"! 5>The black and gray color combinations should be changed to something more attractive and web2.0 style! 6>Gmail or Skype Live Chat box so that i can chat with my visitors in real-time! Also, Just Above the chat Box, it should be written "Click Here To Chat With ME!". 7>The Front page man should also say "Click here to know more!" which will link to another help page. This button/link should look like the Next Button in http://www.woothemes.com/demo/?t=7 but should be along with the man's photo on the template monster template and not on middle box like http://www.woothemes.com/demo/?t=7. 8>The Layout of my posts should be broken into boxes only like http://www.woothemes.com/demo/?t=6 9>The Layout of Side Boxes called Popular, Comments, Featured, Tags should be in one box with tabbed browsing like in http://www.woothemes.com/demo/?t=4 or http://www.woothemes.com/demo/?t=6 just to save space. for other things like ad blocks or donation button. 10>ALL this must be attached and visible into one single template and not make the template too large and people wont need to scroll from left to right or top to down. Meaning everything should be fixed visible on the same workspace! and i would highly prefer light and white color based templates rather than black or dark colored ones! But i would accept dark colored ones too but it must be attractive enough for it to be accepted. My Budget is around $40 to $60 via paypal(depending upon your work quality) or you get ad placement on 2 Box Advertisements for 2 months and $10 cash. NO Advance unless work is completed!And 50% Payment after i see the new demo and it meets my requirements and the rest 50% after i get the full source code(PSD,HTML etc), original template and the new template with all my needs complete design as i specified here. Additionally, you may help me install this template in my new website!
