Man "saltwater" fisherman would be a very hard market to target, my advice is to build a targeted group in a area popular with fishing also have a demographic popular with fishing, buying bulletins will not target this group correctly. Yet I can have a go sending targeted messages to them, if you would like some done please pm me.
