WTB: Subscription/Niche Community Sites $500/month or more Proven Revenue

Does your subscription site or community site earn $500+ per month? If so, I would probably like to buy it...

I do not want sites of the following nature: turnkey, lyrics, ringtones, myspace, hosting web/file, p2p sharing, funny videos, celebrity, recipes, photoshop, and absolutely no adult sites.

Anything else is game to discuss at least.

Site Requirements (Must have these to be considered):

100% Unique Content
Low maintenance hours
Earn at least $400/month net profit (6 months prior proof)
At least 1 year in age
Max of 30% traffic from SEs the rest needs to be either members or traffic via links from other sites or direct traffic.

Site preferences

Subscription based income
Low percentage of income from advertising
Primary income either subscription based, affiliate sales, or selling digital products

Again at least 6 month proven track record.

I do not want a 100% adsense site.
