[WTB] Someone with good knowledge of Drupal or TYPO3 for setting up a Website

Hello,
i want to start a New Website and I need someone to set it up with Drupal or TYPO3. I prefer Drupal but TYPO3 is ok too. Please dont bother if you are a beginner. I could work it out myself prob. but this would take me too much time.

I need the following:

- Forum integration (SMF, PHPBB or VB)

- Homepage should show the 5 newest Forum Posts

- Some Plugin that lets me manage Meta Data like: Description, Title, Keywords

- Search Engine friendly URLs (Mod rewrite i am sure there is a Plugin that can do this)

- Glossary

- Collapsable Search Engine Friendly Menues

- Category and Sample Pages created with names i specify

- Sitemap Integration
