WTB: Software To Snap Up Expired Domain Names

Hi. I am looking for something that would snap up expiring domains like Pool and SnapNames uses so I don't have to get involved in their scammy bidding service. I just don't trust them, and think they use shill bidders to drive up the price.

I just want to pick them up on my own automatically using software to hammer the registrar's servers if I happen to come upon a good domain that is dropping.
(Much like the sniping software used on eBay in the final seconds). Let me know what you can do and the price.

Suggestions from anyone who knows about an "off the shelf" software for this purpose would be greatly appreciated. I haven't heard of anything.

Not really. You can find out which one are expiring using a variety of online tools. What I want, is when I am able to find a good domain, is hammer the registrars with automatic registrations so I get the domain first.

Pool and SnapNames offer this service, but you end up in a bidding war (probably against the registrars themselves or shill bidders) and you don't really get it for what you should get it for--the actual registrar's cost for registering.
