[WTB] Small Web Hosting Company(ies)

I am in the middle of setting up a new hosting company for some added diversification. I am looking to buy up some smaller, to mid ranged existing companies who are looking to get out of the business.

Before you fire away with your spam on sites put together 2 days ago, some ground rules.

1. You must provide me with url

2. You must have CLIENTS. Yeah I know. Silly I have to put that in there, but for clarification. Established companies.

3. You must provide me with up to date screen shots, or log in's for sales, clients and referrers.

4. I want to know how many clients, how long you've had them, and their packages. Incl, renewals, contracts if applicable, etc.

5. I need to know what your server(s) are costing you, where you have them, bandwidth, and all relevant info in that regard.

6. For anything you are claiming about your site that you are selling. You must provide proof to back up the claims (i.e. pass, & up to date screen shots).

7. If your site is not online, spare yourself the humiliation. I can't count the number of times I get sent links to sites that are down.

8. I am looking for sites under $5k. I will consider your 'payment options' for bigger sites (BIN over $5k) with a proven history. You must stay on during the transition period.

9. Transparency is key. If you're legit. You should have nothing to hide.

10. If you are using WHMC, that is a nice added bonus for me on migration.
