WTB: Small, unique niche site

    Hello,

    I am looking to buy a couple small, unique niche sites. All sites must:

    • Have unique content
    • A decent sized niche
    • Be in a non-saturated market
    • Provide free content or services to visitors
    • No traffic or revenue needed
    • null

    I am paying up to 120 dollars per site. I am especially interested in cartoon related sites or exotic pet sites. No arcade, myspace, adult, image host, short url or similar sites.

    Traffic is minimal, but is existent. Domain was only bought recently, but the site had been on a sub-domain for a few months prior.

    Site has all unique content, and listed in wikipedia, gets around 300-350 uniques a month, have not marketed the site much yet, not had time.

    Made a little through adsense, only a dollar a month or so, but click thru rate is high - average 5% but as high as 25%.
